Reports to Operation Manager
The Production Supervisor will
Primary Job Duties:
- Overlook the manpower arrangement according to the production schedule
- Work closely with the production executive/ engineer to implement the logistics delivery plan and ensure on-time delivery
- Supervise and manage the daily production process, material flow, monitor the productivity and monitor machines utilization and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
- Assist production engineer on production related reports and records/form
- Assist in inventory control & production process control
- Record inbound and outbound information with photo taking and sorting
- Oversee PPE related inventory, report when in low stock.
- Assist on forklift operation include:
- Exchange scrap metal bin, with weight record and photo taking.
- Load and unload inbound & outbound material
- Inventory re-arrangement
- Feed converter basket to shearing area
- Feed ceramic powder to ball mill area
- Warehouse housekeeping
Secondary Job Duties
- Assist in Machines & Building Maintenance with the guidance of the Associate Engineer.
- Assist in any other labor-intensive duties assigned by other departments
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE or equivalent Qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ factory / warehouse supervisory experience
- Willing and able to do some manual work
- Willing and able to work in a dusty environment
- Must have forklift license
